第14条26項は見てみると麻薬や売春などへの注意喚起が主で、イラストに対する文面は見当たりません。 近親相姦や人体切断の禁止は国際カードブランド等の規約ではありますが、実際にpixiv側がどこまでを規制対象としているかはやや曖昧な印象を受けます。 とはいえ、性急にエッチ絵をぜんぶ非公開にしないといけない、という話ではないように思います。

From what I can tell, it shouldn't be the case. From what I gathered it involved subject matter that's actually taboo, like incest and more debaucherous and dark desires. Things like sex and nude pin-ups should still be fine.

一応、実写で噂に出てたガチで法律引っかかるヤバいヤツが今回の規制対象って感じの雰囲気っぽいですけど 今年いっぱいは様子見したほうが良さそうですよねー

Okay, it appears it only actually applies to content that's very realistic or is just real life images that involve children and debauchery. It does not say anything about nudity in general.
