母乳の自給自足ホント大好き😆

以前描いた極太一本超ロング三編みOLさんです。

一本超ロング三編みは個人的にものすごく好きな髪型で、また描きたいなと思っていました。

母乳＆表情差分付きで4連休中にちょうど五輪の開会に合わせて上げるよう執筆中です。

◎現状について

いつもご支援ありがとうございます。

最近は支援者様も９０～１１０あたりで安定してきており、深く感謝しています😭

しかしその一方で当初目標としてきていた「毎週１枚の髪フェチ絵を掲載する」

ことが難しくなってきています。

原因として

　・復職したことによる作業時間の減少と疲労マネジメントの難しさ

　・作品の描き込み＆塗り込みの増加による工数増大

　・ラフの推敲に時間をかけるようになったことによる工数増大

　・結果、一枚の作品にかかる時間が増えたことによりモチベーション維持が難しくなってきている

あたりが原因となっています。

本来はワンドロで描くような気軽なイラストを毎週掲載する想定だったのが、きちんと手を入れた作品を出すようになってしまっています。

さらに、本来ならば１年前に出したOLちゃんの超ロング髪コキえっち漫画の続編に取り掛かりたかったのが、上述したことでどんどん遅延しています。

こちらもモチベーションの維持に悪影響を及ぼしています。

そのため、現状のままでは思うようにサークル活動ができないまま時間ばかり経過してしまう状況になっています。

（また、このままの状態で冬コミを迎える可能性も想定されています）

◎About the current situation

Recently, the number of supporters has been stabilizing around 90-110, and I deeply appreciate it 😭.

However, on the other hand, it is becoming difficult to achieve our original goal of posting one hair fetish picture every week.

As a cause

　・A decrease in work time and difficulty in managing fatigue due to returning to work

　・The increase in man-hours due to the increase in drawing and painting

　・Increase in man-hours due to the increase in the amount of time spent on rough sketches.

　・As a result, it has become difficult to maintain motivation due to the increase in time spent on each piece of work.

Originally, I was supposed to publish a casual illustration every week, but now I have to publish a work that I have worked on properly.

In addition, I originally wanted to start working on the sequel to the OL-chan's super-long hair job adult manga that I published a year ago, but it's been delayed more and more by the aforementioned.

This is also having a negative impact on my motivation.

So, I'm not able to do circle activities as much as I'd like to at the present time.

(Also, there is a possibility that we will face the winter comic market with the current situation.

○対応について

それを踏まえて、今後の運営方針を下記のように徐々に変更していきます。

・毎週、なにか髪フェチに関わるモノを発表する事は今まで通り変わりません。

・申し訳ありませんが、今までのような「髪フェチ絵だけ」を発表する形は改めさせていただきます。

・髪フェチ絵（のラフ）、完成作品、および完成作品の差分に加え

　電子同人漫画の途中原稿（ネーム、下書き、ペン入れ済み線画、完成原稿の一部など）を毎週発表するラインナップに追加させていただきます。

・電子同人漫画は、さしあたって昨年出したOLちゃん髪コキ漫画の続編の途中原稿を予定しています。

○About the response

In light of this, we will gradually change our future management policy as follows.

We will continue to publish something related to hair fetish every week.

We are sorry to say that we will no longer publish only hair fetish pictures as we have done in the past.

In addition to hair fetish drawings (rough), finished works, and the differences between the finished works, we will also be adding drafts of electronic doujin manga (names, drafts, penciled line drawings, parts of finished works, etc.) to our weekly lineup.

For the time being, we are planning to publish a sequel to the OL-chan hair job manga we published last year.

□今後の展望について

今まではご支援額に応じての特典に違いを設けてはいませんでしたが（FANBOXを始めた当初はまさかここまで大事になるとは思っていなかったため）、長期間にわたり高額プランでご支援していただいている方もいるので流石に何かしたいなと思っています。

基本的に、毎週上げる髪フェチ作品については差分も含め、今まで通り１００円プランで見ていただけます。

高額プランでのさらなる特典は今の所

・ラフスケッチを数枚掲載した中から、優先的に完成作品にしてほしい絵を決める投票権（３００円～）

・コミケを含む即売会でのスケブサービス（５００円～）

・支援額と支援期間に応じたおたより（３００円～　５００円～）

などを考えています。

・超ロング支援者様（本ファンボックス開設間もないころからの継続支援者様）にも何か返せたらなと思っています。

□About the future outlook

Up until now, we haven't made any difference in the benefits depending on the amount of your support (because we didn't expect it to become so important when we started FANBOX), but now that some of you have been supporting us with high price plans for a long time, we would like to do something.

Basically, you can still watch the weekly hair fetish works with the 100 yen plan, including the differences.

For now, there are a few more benefits for the higher price plan

Voting right to decide which of the several rough sketches you would like to see made into a finished work (from 300 yen)

Sketches at Comic Market and other sales events (from 500 yen)

Correspondence based on the amount and duration of support (from 300 yen to 500 yen)

We are thinking of something like this.
