Diary #2 - Early Spring! (Pixiv Fanbox)

Hi Kumadachi! It’s been a little while since my last diary entry, I am sorry for it having taken so long :<

I’ve been really busy since I started working full-time; it’s not easy! I miss being in school a lot… but sometimes, there’s no way out but through! I am doing my best to keep up with work and keep up with writing new scripts and stuff. I normally have at least a half hour of unpaid overtime, and I get off work at 9 pm every night… which is a bit rough, if I’m being honest. I feel a little bit in over my head, but in some ways this is pretty typical of Japanese workplaces…

Nonetheless, I am working day in and out to do the best I can!

Script-wise, I’m putting the finishing touches on a Fanbox exclusive! I’m waiting for the artwork to arrive, but it should be soon! I want to keep it a surprise for now, but I’m certain that you’ll enjoy it!

I also have one other ASMR that I’ve finished the script for, but it’s one I haven’t had the money to commission artwork for yet. It might sound silly, but I really value hiring good artists for quality artwork. Truthfully, I can’t stand the thumbnails I see with AI artwork with text slapped on it. Artists, to me, are the backbone of vtubing, so I want to support them in any way I can! …but right now, I’ve started living off my savings while I wait for my first paycheck… so that support just can’t happen right now ;-;

But sooner or later I’ll get back into the swing of things, and you’ll get to see all the cute stuff that comes with that!

And even sooner is the arrival of spring! On my walk Sunday, I spotted the first signs of cherry blossom season, and a plum blossom tree in full bloom! No matter how hard things get, the little joys to be found in nature remain~

And I’m sure it’s no surprise that pink brings me very much joy!
