While I didn’t really dislike the live action/CG movies, especially since it brought the Chipmunks and Chipettes to new generations, I’m still a bit more fond of the original animated movie, though that may be more nostalgia on my part. Actually, I thought you’d feature Jeanette in an even naughtier version of her see through Middle East garb they were in when the girls sang to all those cobras.

They peaked in that movie...still the sweet spot. I don't like the CGI stuff.

Always happy to see more Chipmunk or Chippette art. 😍

Same here!! Hell, even the modern CGI Jeanette catches my eye more than any of the others.

Yeah, CGI movies can be outstanding (with groups like Pixar & Illumination being leading examples) but there’s really something that can’t be beat about classic animation. Studio Ghibli is a prime example of that but there’s no shortage in the West. The 80s & 90s had so many stupendous releases! Lots from Disney but some of my favorites were from director, writer, & producer Don Bluth. Some iconic examples would be The Land Before Time, All Dogs Go To Heaven, & An American Tale.
