Filling Unit - sheep fricker (public) (Pixiv Fanbox)

Have been planning on this since cbt2.

Good news: cs can run properly with EFMI's official dll now. There's no need to replace it with GIMI's one anymore.

The public version is a static one. The full version have a 1s long animation loop, as the gif shows.
