An interective panel for Ganyu (Pixiv Fanbox)

Just playing around. I got this idea from my friend and this is a prototype to proof it's workability.

Technically, this panel can be intergrated to other Ganyu's mods, as long as you can handle the ini file. I provide 2 versions here, hope you can find some clue if you want to try. However, it's not compatiable with other characters.

Also, i'm not planning to add this panel in my mods. (because of its complexity...) So my future works will still stick to animations as before.
