去年から喉の調子が悪いと呟いていましたが最近も悪化してきました

去年は病院に通って胃カメラまでして若干逆流性食道炎の症状がみられるくらいでした

喉の調子が悪くなる原因としては

逆流性食道炎や過労とストレスによるもの

ウィルスで喉が炎症している等、色々あるみたいです

詰まったら怖いのでスマホで119出来るようにしながら作業してました

そもそも詰まったら電話出来なくて終了しそうな気もするけど

食生活に問題が有るのかと思い野菜と果物だけを食べるようにした所

体の調子はとても良くなりましたが喉は変わらず…

原因を切り分ける為に色んな薬を買って試してるんですが、まだわからないので過労かも？

体力的には全然問題ないんですが、喉が気になって正直原稿の進みが良くないです

あまりに酷くなるようだったら夏コミはお休みしてまた病院通いするかもしれません

I may be overworked, so I'll take some time off while I work on my
