Level up (Pixiv Fanbox)

One of the lab-grown megazako (admittedly this scene isn't very zako-like!) wipes out an enemy base. She's wounded while doing so and treats herself with a stimpack. This causes transformation into a dragon-like monster. Commission, connected to previous series: https://wanax.fanbox.cc/posts/7485379
