Cinderace Grunt Recruitment (Pixiv Fanbox)

A belated commission for my friend Maple, and another thing to go with this year's theme! What's this? Some naughty heroes decided to infiltrate Team Rocket's HQ to cause havoc and steal some intel? No, no, no... we can't have that! These good-doers must be punished! Don't worry, they'll be happily serving boss Giovanni now. Once their grunt programming kicks in, the city won't be needing anymore heroes now~
