Art and character Scamming (Pixiv Fanbox)

Effective Immediately; I will not accept any commissions involving someone else's Original Character (OC)

so Gladio, why is this a thing? I'll tell you why. Last night, I finally finished adding the final touches to a 40 image commission set which took me about almost 6 months to complete. the commission set was a waifu character vs someone else's OC and supposedly, SUPPOSEDLY this person received permission from the creator (this person even provided snapshots of a conversation)

Today i find out it was a lie. turns out this person did receive permission but changed and altered the context of said permission (changed the outcome so that the waifu would win and humiliate the OC, which was not agreed upon)and also hilariously told the actual creator that my services were paid for and that it was "expensive" (I was never paid) this easily could have gone south between the creator and myself but luckily the creator is an understanding and wonderful person and only requested to not publish the commission that I worked basically for free, to which i agreed.

And now i have nothing to show for it. Since I've started this journey, it has had both its Many ups and downs and in many of those downs, I naively trusted a very few that exploited both my time and my joy in creating these sexy images. I'm not gonna oust anyone by name however i have been scammed a few times and have lost over $2k worth of work hours (hours that i cannot get back) that sadly could have gone to affording newer and more powerful equipment that could speed up my production time. lesson learned and that's on me.

so just to give you guys a small breakdown I wake up from 3am to go to my full time job which i work from 5am-2pm, then i come home at 3pm take a nap, clean, do errands, etc. then from 5pm to midnight (barely having time to myself) i work on the patreon stuff, the commissions, etc. and doing this stuff does take time (each image rendered is minimum 2 hours, without including post work and alterations) and time is something I value more than Money but unfortunately money is needed to buy the elements you guys see, clothing, models, backgrounds, etc. so being lied to robs me of both. now i have to catch up and i just finished the monthly fight and currently rendering the queen of fighters and the ladies fight club so there might be a slight delay but at least everyone knows why.

to the scammers I've got nothing to say. you got me and that's that.
