What should I do with the good ending..

Maybe a fake out good ending? Like they escape and are in a ship leaving, but in the vents the eyes of one of the creatures are revealed. Or perhaps a xray of one of the characters reveals they are unknowingly pregnant with a worm, eventually leading to the infestation beginning again.... just some ideas.
