It’s just shortly after the “Tavern feet” scene. Shadowheart, Lae’zel and now Karlach are still just being merry and drinking with the PC with their feet out for everyone at the bar to see 🤣 Little did they know though that the Tavern is actually a front. There’s a secret Foot worshipping cult that runs it and it has a secret dungeon where they capture the female patrons, chain them down, gag them and lick their soles and toes until they’ve orgasmed over and over, never to be seen again… The party’s drinks are spiked with a drug that knocks them out cold, and our BG3 waifus awaken to that exact situation. Unable to scream for help because of their gags, and unable to escape as they’re chained down to tables, our girls soles are going to be mercilessly licked for hours until they’ve had the orgasm of their lives. The parasites helping them feel each others arousal doesn’t help, unbeknownst to their captors. Their only option is to suffer (pleasurably) until freed 😈
