He has her shoes and socks removed and begins to massage, sniff and worship her bare feet that are out of the gravestone dirt pile. We get close up views of her soles and feet, almost like we are the gravekeeper and his view . We can see widow underground in a coffin or open space laughing and angry, all of a sudden he tickles her feet and she opens wide and laughs, then another gravedigger in the underground tunnel begins to fuck her face while her mouth is wide open while the one above fucks her feet at the same time

Shadowheart, Lae’zel and Karlach in the Tavern after their foot competition, and they get surprised and knocked out unconscious by a spell or drug, because the Tavern is also secretly a front for a cult of foot fetishists. They wake up in the basement chained down and to tables and tape gagged and the cult members worship their feet and suck their toes until they all cum and you can use that parasite to add to that like they all feel each other’s arousal until they just all explode in ecstasy together. I dunno if there’s drugs or spells that also make them hornier but bonus points for that too.
