もともとはノ○ルのハイクオリティモデルが公開された記念に個人動画を1本作ろうと思っていたのですが、

むしろクオリティが高すぎるせいで髪に物理演算がないのがかなり不自然に見えてしまいました。

Originally, I was planning to make a personal video to celebrate the release of a high-quality NEL model,

but because the model quality is so exceptionally high, the lack of hair physics actually looked quite awkward.

そのため、自然な物理演算が適用されるまでは一旦保留にすることにしました。

So I decided to put it on hold for now until natural hair physics can be added.

他に何を作ろうか考えていたところ、今月は長尺動画のコミッションを1件しか受けておらず、

かといってコミッション募集のために週末まで待つには9月があまり残っていないことに気づきました。

While thinking about what else to make, I realized that I only took on one long-video commission this month,

and there’s hardly enough of September left to wait until the weekend to open registrations.

どうしようか悩んだ末、先着順ではないコミッション募集をやってみるのはどうだろうかと思いつきました。

After pondering over what to do, I thought about trying a commission intake that isn't first-come, first-served.

今回のコミッション募集では、「これまで単独動画として制作されていないキャラクター」を優先して募り、

その中から私が最も面白そうだと感じたコンセプトの提案を採用して制作する形式にします。

For this commission round, I will give priority to "characters who haven't had a solo video yet," and from those,

I'll accept and produce the proposal whose concept I find the most interesting.

…正直、コミッションはお金をいただく側なのに、私の方に選択権があるというのは少し奇妙な気もしますが。

...Honestly, considering commissions mean you are paying me, it feels a bit odd for me to have the pick of the litter.

ですが、来週から先着順で2件をこなすにはあまりに時間が逼迫しています。

However, handling two first-come, first-served projects starting next week is far too tight on time.

かといって無条件にコミッションを募って選ぶとなると、

すでに私とシリーズを進めている方々に有利になってしまい、公平ではないと思いました。

（ポンドロイドメイドや、催眠シリーズ、お姉さん征服作戦など）

At the same time, accepting and picking proposals without any conditions felt unfair,

as it would favor people already running active series with me.

(Such as Pondroid Maid, the Hypnosis series, or the ONEE-SAN Conquest project.)

ちょうど私自身もまだ扱ったことのないキャラクターで動画を作ってみたいと思っていたところですし、

時差のせいでこれまでコミッションに手を出せなかった方々にとっても良い機会になるのではないかと思い、このように提案してみました。

Coincidentally, I've been wanting to make videos featuring characters I haven't tried yet,

and I figured this might be a great opportunity for people who couldn't even dream of getting a slot due to timezone differences.

受付の締め切りはグリニッジ標準時（GMT/UTC）で9月24日 午前4時です。

Submissions close on September 24 at 4:00 AM GMT (UTC).

（日本時間：9月24日 午後1時 / 米国東部夏時間：9月24日 午前0時 EDT / 米国太平洋夏時間：9月23日 午後9時 PDT）

今回のコミッション申請は、詳しく書いていただければ有利にはなりますが、ストーリーを細かく具体化する必要はありません。

Writing a detailed submission will give you an edge, but the story doesn't necessarily have to be fleshed out.

大まかなコンセプト…

例えば「ぐ○にチンポが生えてしまったけれど、男が気にせず彼女を愛してくれる話が見たい」くらいのシンプルなアイデアだけでも構いません。

Just a general concept...

For example, a brief idea like "GR grew a dick, but the guy doesn't care and loves her anyway" is totally fine.

アイデアがたくさんある方は、複数提案していただいても大丈夫です！

ただし、今回のコミッションではPizzaプランに該当する内容は除外となります。

そのため、胸がぺったんこなキャラクターたちは残念ながら除外させていただきました…。

However, concepts that fall under the Pizza Plan are excluded for this commission round.

For that reason, flat-chested characters have unfortunately been excluded...

何のリミッターもなく全員分のコミッションを受け付けて作ってあげたいのですが、なかなか作業に余裕が持てず、いつも申し訳なく思っています。

I wish I could take every single request without restrictions and make them all for you, and I'm always sorry that I don't have enough breathing room in my schedule.

それでも先着順以外の新しい基準で、公平にコミッションを受け付けられる方法を見つけようと努力しているところです。

Still, I'm trying my best to come up with fair ways to take commissions beyond just first-come, first-served.
