It always took place on rainy days.

Wearing a raincoat and rain boots over her school uniform, she would leave the road and enter the woods, then stand on the damp ground in a clearing and begin to stamp her feet.

“Haa… haa… Just as I thought, the mud here is great.”

As she stamped her feet, her rain boots sank into the ground, and the sludge hidden within clung to her.

On rainy days like today, she loved wading into muddy patches and swamps like this to play in the mud.

Amidst the sound of rain echoing around her, the squelching noise made by the sludge caused her cheeks to flush.

“Maybe I’ll go a little further in...”

Filled with excitement, she tries to walk further into the sludge-filled swamp.

Unaware that she is currently in a dangerous place...

This time, it’s a new character—a schoolgirl—playing in a sludge swamp.

I’ve always thought this kind of scenario, where a schoolgirl plays in the mud, was great, so I decided to draw it this time.

I’d like to draw what happens to the schoolgirl after this.

Anyway, now that I’ve resumed my activities, I’ve managed to draw up to the fourth illustration. From here on out, I plan to catch up on the posts for my supporters that were scheduled between last December and this April—when updates were on hold—by drawing as many as I can. (A total of 15 illustrations.)

After that, I hope to get back on track with my original plan and aim to draw about three illustrations a month.
