let me know how can i help you! you can't access the file or the download? if it's the download, please, tell me which server is the one that is having the problems. if it's the file, it's format is RAR so you might need to use winrar or another program to open it, put the password and uncompress it

It only has one download available from what I can see which is file.txt and it won't convert to anything but Google docs and it keeps showing an error

the file is a txt file, inside it has 2 resolution versions with 3 mirrors on each version, maybe it is automatically opening with the wrong program, try using a text editor
