Exclusive dev update of No escape: Game edition! (393) (Pixiv Fanbox)

Evening folks, a re-risen Scriptor here with the latest dev news!

General health:

I’m starting to recover from my bout of illness: Turned out that the bug that was making me feel a bit doody turned out to be (a lot) more nasty than I anticipated. Leaving me bedridden for 2ish days, and hugging the toilet more then once... I’ll leave the disgusting details at that, but I’m pleased to say that since today (knocking on wood) I’m starting to feel better. Though there is something I need to get checked out by the doc start coming week. Nothing too serious; just a weird hard lump in my neck that needs attending to (yeah, one of “those” lumps).

Hope that wasn’t too detailed and soured the mood of the dev update; onto more fun (and kinky) things!

Game development:

Dev progress was slow last week due to my illness: With me being bedridden for two days (and about as bad for the rest) progress has unfortunately been a lot slower than I’d hoped. It pains me to say that beyond some fiddling in Blender I was unable to do much...though I hope (or rather plan if my recovery keeps up) to pick up the slack in the coming week.

Luckily I since I did feel a lot better today, I did manage to get some legs done on the Best Friends Forever comic. Those shots currently bakin’ in the render cue as I’m typing this dev update. Pretty happy with how those shots are looking at the moment. So in a bit of a weird dev update (which feels fitting since it’s been a weird sick week overall), I’m going to let those shots bake overnight; and post the 3 teasers tomorrow once they’re done. Normally I postpone the dev update for a day with this, but since I missed the last one due to being sick and I recently had my sudden digital absence I didn’t want to miss today. If that makes sense 😅

Anyhow you can all expect another (teaser) post tomorrow, I’ll see you folks then. Hope ya’ll have a good Sunday!

Greetz,

Scriptor
