Exclusive dev update of No escape: Game edition! (127) (Pixiv Fanbox)

Heya people, Scriptor here with the Wednesday new bulletin!

Game development

Progress on the coming update has been moving along on a good pace: Besides implementing the flashback scene, SO.P.H.I.A. intro scene and the companion drone fail-state I’ve even been able to implement most of the living serverbank fail-state into the game. Heck, I’ve even been able to already make some of the custom spritework featuring in V0.24.1 (those rubber padded walls won’t only feature inside the images). As such progress has been moving on a far better pace than originally anticipated, although it’s still early in the coding/writing phase, so hopefully I wont jinx myself by typing this! 😅😁

Anyhow with this I’ll be making some adjustments in my todo-list and shift a few of the to-do’s around: Meaning that the rest of the week will be focused on implementing the final part of the server bank fail-state, making the custom sprite-work for the test subject outfits, making the sprite for S.O.P.H.I.A. and implement (if possible) the night events inside the iron maiden room. That way I’ve got a nice foundation laid for next week; when I’ll be tackling both the R&D wing (hub area) maps as well as the first day’s task… more about that come Sunday. >;3

And that’s it for this update! Got a lot done in the past three days but (ironically) not so much to tell; I hope you’ll enjoy the first in-game teasers of V0.24.1 instead. ^^

And finally a teaser of a “less fortunate” Kathleen stuck inside one of the living server banks; trying her hardest to threaten her way out… an obviously hopeless task. >;3
