花園ユーミ with THE FIRST 竹. (Pixiv Fanbox)

Among Studio Pierrot’s magical girl series, *Pastel Yumi, the Magic Idol* is one of my absolute favorites, and the heroine, Hanazono Yu-mi, is a character I’ve wanted to draw for a long time.

The theme songs, “Rock with a Golden Ribbon” and “The Freesia Boy,” are also absolute classics that I love. In memory of Mariko Shiga—whose incredible vocal talent knocked us all out instantly, despite her being only 17 at the time—I decided to draw this in a style reminiscent of THE FIRST TAKE.

*In the “High Resolution + Diff Plan,

・High-resolution version (approx. 5000×4120 pixels)

・2 variations, 8 images total

・Long Hair Version

・Version without a microphone or headphones

・Version without a logo

The above “diffs” are available.
