The winner this month was: A hard living futa, a quiet and kind man, an unlikely romance. (M-Futa, Modern). Let's start with our quiet and kind MC.I think the basic concept will be our futa will be just hitting 'the wall' or 'rock bottom' when our nice guy enters her life. In hero style he will arrive when she most needs him.

I'm just confused about the confusion. Reading it over I'm not sure how I could have been more clear that it was for the MC.

Well most people scan polls then vote, which I unfortunately did myself until I double checked. At the top of the poll in bold it says character 1, which tells me nothing (thought the futa was character 1 from the previous vote). At the bottom it also says nothing about who it's for. Scanning further and finding out it's the MC (Main Character) also tells us nothing, since the futa could be the main character. Even when I found the line "quiet and kind MC" I was like, "Well the futa is a sad loner type right? Is that her?" Then upon being confused enough to give it a thrice over, I noticed "quiet and kind" was used specifically when referencing the man both here and in the previous poll. So I was like "okay the soft boy is the quiet and kind one, the loner futa is not being referenced as quiet and kind". So yeah, only at that moment was the riddle solved. I'm guessing you were thinking MC meant male character in a lot of people's minds maybe?

I mean that's pretty much it. Doesn't say man at the top in bold. Doesn't say anything at the bottom. It says character 1, which the futa was mentioned first before. Also says MC, which either character could be the main character. Also says 'quiet and kind', which loners are known to be. Only upon remembering/matching those two qualities do you get the idea the vote is for the man. There's no other man vote evidence to be found.
