July 2026 Update (Patreon)

Hey gang,

Hope everybody is having a good July.

First off, I just wanted to thank everybody that took part in the Patron Feedback polls. While the questions were hardly exhaustive I found the glimpse into reader preferences fascinating and valuable. It's a good thing to do every so often as it lets me know about my own assumptions and blind spots. Much of it was as I thought it would be but there were definitely a few surprises in there.

This month I released Besties to you Plus pals and Man of the House to you Readers, both fun stories in their own right. Other than that I've been focused on the two serials Slave Girl 3 and Halcyon Days. Honestly it's been really nice just locking into the serials for a bit with only the midmonth short to worry about otherwise. In other news I released a couple of ebooks this month. You can find them on Kindle, Smashwords, etc.

Looking ahead to next month I think I am going to continue this focus on the two serials and one short but I am going to try something different for the Plus Short. Instead of trying to get it out for the middle of the month in one or two big chunks I am going to release it in parts throughout the month, basically like a mini-serial that is only a month long. We'll see how that works and if it's good I might stick with it. As I have TERRIBLE self control when writing serials I worry the story might balloon (like Empty Nest did), but like I said, we'll see how it goes. As I'll want to get a start on the short earlier I'll be putting the Plus poll to choose it up today.

Also looking to next month, the first week of August I am FINALLY getting to take my first escape into nature of the year. After the challenges of the past few months, mental and physical, I really need get out into the wilderness. I can't wait. But it does mean things will be quiet that first week. The rest of August should be business as usual though.
