Wait I'm not sure what is expected from Allison here, like she's already broken and bedridden... what is Jadis trying to achoeve here? Are we supposed to know yet?

i wanna think jadis is pleading, besides her knowing the End of All Things-- she knows allison will get up again, because Alison is only human and the weakest type of flame that words alone and the support of a single person can motivate someone to get back up onto their feet. And in Alison's case, jadis was the only one who came to /her/ aide in Alis time of true need.. Jadis is the only one she has left and i think that alone sparked her Will To Keep Moving.
