Final page of the Resident Evil: Parting Gift comic.

I want to express my immense gratitude to everyone who supported me along the way, especially both Tezeentch and Ubi. Going out of your way to leave comments and likes on each of my posts meant so much to me. When I started this patreon, I wasn't expecting anyone to join, much less engage with me. Your comments kept me going and led to this being my fastest comic and largest one to date.

That being said, there's a few things I want to mention and one that I think will take you guys for a surprise, so I'll begin with it. This entire thing was done on the go, there was no script, no pre-planned poses, etc. The only thing I knew going in is that I wanted to use Jill and Chris, plus I wanted to try my hand at the paizuri/tittyfuck because Jill's bust size allowed for it, so I figured why not. So, my question pertaining to that is, would you guys believe me given everything you've seen?

Going forward, I think it might be best if I try to hover around 30-35 pages because I can get carried away with what I want to include and if a friend didn't tell me I was overworking myself, this comic could have well reached 50 pages, if not more. It would also help mitigate burnout, so I hope this is not disappointing news. It's not a hard rule, as I will use my discretion, and if it's a character I like such as Jill here, then... I'm willing to bend it.

After 224 poses, 46 pages, and so many hours that I'd probably have a conniption if I knew the amount, we've finally arrived at the destination. I still have the cover and back page to do, but the most important part is done. Not too sure when I'll do a public release, but I think I'll take a brief break after everything is put together in its entirety to rejuvenate myself for the next comic. May do some pinups here and there.

I'm not sure what the future might hold, but I truly am thankful everything. You guys have made me feel like what I do is worth a damn. Last thing I would like to leave you with is to spend time with the people that care about you, and to cherish those moments. Sorry for the wall of text and sentimentality at the end here.

*Revisions may be made to the final page, so text, poses, lighting and paneling are subject to change.

Tezeentch

First, congratulation for this fantastic comic, you are an amazing artist. Hearing that the whole thing was done on the go is quite mind blowing. Second, I agree with the 30-35 pages per comic, it is a good thing to mitigate burnout and overworking. W

Tezeentch

By the way, this page looks great, an amazing end for an amazing comic. Enjoy your break and I totally concur with your last paragraph; sometimes you will realise that too late. I will finish by saying once again that you are an amazing artist for not only this comic but all of your comics are a testimony to that!

Ubi

Just wow - the fact that you did it all on the fly just further shows how good you are at this. That's incredibly talented. I want to start off by saying that I really do enjoy your work, and that you really are one of my favorite artists. What you do is worth a lot. I enjoy reading your stuff, or just your art in general, and you're certainly bringing joy to my life with your art, so yes what you make is worth A LOT. I also understand that you are a human being and please do not feel ANY pressure or sense of guilt if you want to scale down, take a break or whatever. I've tried my hand at SFM and Blender, and it took me HOURS just to make a single pose, you did 224 poses. I'm pretty sure that's no walk in the park. I spoke to my brother about your work not too long ago, he's a BIG TIME manga/comicbook fan and he explained to me how difficult it can be to make a comic -that it really isn't as easy as it looks. Plus you've shown me your Sourcefilmmaker hours, I know you put in a lot of effort and time. I might not know what it entails exactly but I know it probably isn't something you can just whip up together without facing some effort. On top of that you're basically still doing it for free?! Which is why I want to support you as much as I can. I want to see you get rewarded for your hardwork, that's why I said, whenever life allows me, I WILL up how much I give you or commission from as regularly as I can. Whether you make a 1 page comic or 30 pages or whichever number, doesn't matter much to me, I'll support you regardless🤗. I LOVE reading your stuff. I LOVE your art. Please don't put too much pressure on yourself, you've already gained a longtime LOYAL subscriber in me. Everytime that patreon notification hits my phone I can't wait to see what you've conjured up. But again don't let that put pressure on you. Rest when you need rest. I'm a video editor so I'm well aware of burn out, and sometimes you just need weeks, heck months where you want to just not be or do anything creative. So rest when you have to. You've blown it out of the park with this comic. I appreciate ya and thank you for bringing me joy :)
