'HOME SWEET HOME' - G-DRAGON

Ok so. I know you are immersed in your Christmas show and are not reacting or probably not reading your comments here on Patreon, but I wanted to express how much I enjoyed watching this performance with you, and absolutely love and get your emotion. Naturally, I have heard of Big Bang and G-Dragon, but have not delved into their discography at all. I quickly learned that was a VERY big mistake. After this MAMA performance and watching G-Dragon’s charisma, I started my deep dive and holy shhhhh…., I can definitely see why they are so revered. Especially G-Dragon; his talent is off the charts. Performing since he was such a young child, entering into the industry, paying his dues, and now he writes, produces, arranges, performs, dances, sings, raps…. Designs clothing, collects art… I mean. Good LORD! And their concert footage, unbelievable! I see so much of Big Bang and G-Dragon in the K-pop groups of today. So much influence there, in everything they do. They were the pioneers. So to see your emotion, I completely understand and get it. After all they’ve been through, and some members struggling with legal issues, to have this performance together, on THIS stage. What a gift. And on a side note, I believe T.O.P. will be apart of Squid Game 2 cast! Some netizens are protesting his appearance due to his criminal charges, but screw them… I’ll be happy to see him and will be routing for him. I’d love to see the four of them on stage together again someday! Anyway, loved your reaction to this! Thank you Jess!

I am so glad I was able to circle back to this! Shelly you are a TREASURE and I am delighted that we got to dive into this together. I'm hopeful to be able to see an OT4 soon with you!

My BIGBANG playlist continues to grow and grow!! And G-Dragon announced a world tour, so I’m anxious to see if the United States makes the list. I’ve spent an exorbitant amount on j-hope tickets, so not sure I could afford to go to another concert so soon, but we’ll see. It would be historic to see him.

I am so delighted you were able to get tickets!!!! I was thinking about you during that time of war 😂

Oh it was a war… I ended up going through Stub Hub and paying a third party vendor for tickets at an outrageous price. But j-hope is special, so my bank account will take the hit. But yes, it was a war! 😂
