There's just something so charming and warm about Woojin's vibe. He wasn't on my radar but he is now! Also the shoe flying off made me cackle but seeing poor Sangwon's face, you can tell at the end he was beating himself up inside for it. But it was a really endearing moment and they were fantastic!

Leo is a hot topic as well, but his situation is not the same. Theres a lot of proof against Geon Woo being a Bully and an abuser. Literal medical records from 2 years ago and terapy sessions where the victim acuse him of being the responsible of her decaying mental health and how he shattered her dreams of become an Idol. She even said she tried to self exit when the news of him being the center of the signal song came out. Like imagine the person who damaged you that much become famous... All Leo did was write a rap about k***ing a woman. The thing is, there's a story behind that. It was apparently a mission from a show where he had to express a story in 3 songs. His story was something about a cheater girlfriend and in the 3rd song I don't remember if he said he k***ed the girl or that he wanted to do it. It was vey distasteful, but is not like he actually did it, it was the way his story went. He never bullied anyone, or molested anyone or abused anyone... even less k***ed anyone, he just wrote a character and he has apologized multiple times for doing so. Before having all this information when I saw that he "wrote a rap about k***ing someone" I did felt very alarmed. But context is a huge thing here and sadly not everyone is willing to put the effort into actually knowing what happened.

I think this screening looks like wswf somewhere. It feels like the criteria vary from person to person.. In the case of the sweat stage, many people are also questioning the YouTube comments. I think they have questions about the selection process because he was the K Center of Signal Song. Among the rumors that originated as a Chinese participant, there was a story that he was nominated by Mnet.

I signed up before when you were watching boys planet 1 and had to come back for the 2!!! Haven't finished the whole video yet, I'm at 1hour 20 minutes, but wanted to comment on the singing live thing; I wouldn't overthink too much about the trainee's comment because "woah hes singing live?" is a really common "compliment", kinda like how people usually say someone is eating cds when they sound really good not that I agree in this particular case though... I'm already not happy with geonwoo for all the rumors (that honestly seem pretty true rn), but even without it, for me it's way too much biases without a proper base for it... I really can't agree with the all star choice Anyway, that said, Ill keep watching the video now! excited for what you we ill think about woojin hehe, he's my number 1 pick right now for episode 1

Kim geonwoo is exposed as a bully. He is the K centre but an anonymous netizen revealed that he bullied younger trainees , not older trainees, in the company. He abused his authority as a favoured trainee and younger trainees lived in fear of him. Now this is still a rumour but the netizen provided evidences and most likely it is true! I can't believe Mnet let him be the K centre! I am so pissed of. I was looking forward to him but with recent news I just want him out of the show coz I don't want other trainees to suffer and I don't want him to debut in the group or else the group is done for! His audition was also average. That dancing was very average and I agree with the judges wanting to give him 2 stars. That was not a 3 star performance. I was more impressed by the gen alpha 9th graders before him! And he got the Hanbin edit probably coz he wrote Hanbin is his role model! But I think the news about him being a bully has left a sour taste in my mouth and he ruins my mood whenever I see him in the show.😔😔 I wonder how Kim geonwoo became a centre. We have heard about how younger trainees feared him and he bullied them. If like last season, trainees had to vote for the centre, were they like pressurised into voting for him out of fear. All sorts of theories are coming to my mind! Also Kim Sihwan from the IST group has been accused of bullying, sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviour!

3hrs episode and most of it is filled with harry june and heechan reactions and VDs!! Harry june and heechan are my first and 2nd picks and that's never changing! Yeom yechan participated in Project7. I liked him there but he was eliminated too soon. And Leo, I heard some controversies about him so I don't know if I will support him. I wish there wasn't any controversy coz I was very impressed by his performance and it's a damn shame he is roped into a controversy about being a mysogynist and writing rap lyrics dmeaning women or something like that. I do hope he is not but I will only support him if he there is nothing to it. Sangwon was amazing. Almost wish he was the K centre! I was also impressed by the two 9th graders. I love Yechan. I saw him in Project7 and I liked him but unfortunately he was eliminated very soon. Woojin was great! Beautiful vocals and vocal tone and texture. Hsu CHingyu was great. Loved his dancing

And I really hope Leo isn't how people say he is coz I really liked his performance unlike KGW whose performance also I did not like and I wanna root for Leo but I wanna be careful into not accidentally supporting a mysogynist.

People have questioned that too that how the masters overlap if K and C audtions are happening together. Or is it that they did K first and the C group was just waiting for their turn! That's harsh! But yes dance judges and vocal judges, plus rap judge also, some of them are different for C group.

as someone who has followed trainee a from the start i could give context as to why trainee a did not debut though it isn't confirmed but its the most likely reason. when trainee a was first revealed it was leo who was first introduced, during the time it was very evident the group was centered around leo so when the controversy regarding the misogynistic lyrics came out it really affected leo a lot because of the hate he received and even though he tried to explained and apologized it was just too much, and due to emotional distress he decided to leave the group. while they did try to continue to debut the group it inevitably fall out at the end since the core member was not there. so yeah that's basically it i am looking forward though on this show and hope that leo and sangwon both get to debut, since most of the other trainee a members are already debuted or expected to debut

I think in terms of the visual role, a lot of idols who are appointed that role don’t openly admit to it until they have a more established career or they only say it in a lighthearted joking situation? It’s usually another member who would say “so and so is the visual”. But in this situation, I don’t think its a smart thing for a trainee to go up to a panel of judges and straight up say “my position is the visual” because yes, there are a lot of trainees who pass auditions based solely on their visual, but you’re in a competition with dozens of other pretty people with some of the industries best coaches, you need SOMETHING to work with in terms of the singing and dance. As much as we don’t want to admit it, visuals is a big part of K-pop. But with how over saturated the industry you can’t get by on just a pretty face anymore because there will be someone just as pretty as you but also has the singing and/or dance to back it up. Plus a lot of times, people would use visuals as a weapon against idols and discredit their skills or hard work by saying they’re only good because they’re pretty. So what’s seen as a positive often becomes a burden on these “visual” idols because people end up not taking them seriously.

There was something so endearing about the chk chk boom guy that I just wish he got a star so we can see him grow. He was like the “My House” guys where he clearly lacks skills but it’s clear he’s trying and giving passion in the performance that you just have to sit and watch it through. You just can’t hate a performance like that and it seems like the judges saw it that way. Like, they didn’t get mad or disappointed though they did judge it objectively so I understand why he got no stars. I just hope there’s some kind of redemption round or viewer vote that would give the 0 star trainees an opportunity to return because he’s someone I feel like we haven’t seen enough of.

might be just me but MCND look exhausted and im not sure why. Like they look particularly tired especially because they seemingly went second. It also seems odd given how they usually perform in the full group so im curious if their outside circumstances that caused this apparent fatigue.

Honestly i'm not excusing what leo did, i'm not a stan and i never followed trainee A while it was going on, but looking into it now there is no comparison to be made between geonwoo allegedly bullying someone so bad they had to be put on medication and leo writing dodgy lyrics many years ago. He was young, he wrote stupid lyrics, apologized and *seems* to have grown from it. I guess we will see if has learned from it, but I'm willing to give him a chance. Geonwoo on the other hand, as someone who was bullied, I'm not open to it. And maybe that's a double standard but that's just me...

I personally like Kang Woojin, I love his vocals and his dancing was pretty decent. I think he was very endearing and makes you want to root for him. I honestly hope he makes it far in the competition and gains more experience in his dancing.

Additionally to that, BigHIt training is very VERY difficult. They basically demanded a new song with choreo from 0 completely self produced for every monthly evaluation (for example bts' song Tomorrow was written by Yoongi for trainee evaluation and then released years after as official song). Leo was the main producer songwriter for the group, so it was very hard mentally for him and he burnt out 4-6 month after incident.
