KaoGaii called Khan a hyung because he's the position of upper in the deal. In Korea, there is a joke that if someone have money or popularity, he is an older brother even if he is young. FYI, he was born in 1991, not in 1992, and what Kaogaii talked about when Chaboom talked to Since was that the pronunciation of 92 in Korean was "goo-ie" and Gaii in his name was similar, so he appealed to the commonality with Since, referring to the fact that ChaBoom called him that way. (And Khan was born in 2000)
