I only know enough Vietnamese for casual conversation with my family, so it’s throwing me off a little bit because I understand a couple of words, maybe a line, every so often in the song 😂 I love the inclusion of the hat dance, or múa nón (for anyone that wants to look it up by name for extra info on it).

I was honestly super nervous for you to watch this because I didn't know if you would like it, but I'm so happy I was wrong! 😭 I thought it would be fun to request a Vietnamese survival show performance since you reacted to another similar series song/trailer earlier this month :D This is from a survival show called Em Xinh "Say Hi" (Beautiful Sisters "Say Hi"), which has 30 active female Vietnamese artists and the Top 5 became a project group! Yeah, I wouldn't say Vietnamese artists are known for choreo and I think Mỹ Mỹ (the one with the bangs and corset) is the only one in this group known for dancing. The male equivalents of this show are Anh Trai "Say Hi" (Big Brother "Say Hi") and a new show called Tinh Ha "Say Hi" (Milky Way "Say Hi"), which doesn't have eliminations. The other show that you watched the song/trailer for is another series with a very similar format but it's with middle-aged celebrities with various backgrounds (singers, dancers, comedians, athletes, etc). Call Me by Fire Vietnam (Anh Trai Vượt Ngàn Chông Gai) has a female counterpart as well called Sister Who Makes Waves (Chị Đẹp Đạp Gió).
