Yay you got to watch them! Ateez really have such fun videos and I love their commitment to making them interesting and often unhinged lol. You will see more of Masked Man if you watch Kingdom since all of their Kingdom stages are lore based! Which, I dunno if anyone ever gave the very high level explanation, but there are two worlds, A and Z, and two different sets of Ateez. A is presumably our world with our Ateez, and Z is the dystopian world where the Masked Man and the Ateez who wear all black with the hats and masks are from. Z Ateez, aka Halateez by the fandom, reach out to A Ateez through a magical hourglass, who end up in Z world to continue the fight against the evil government that has outlawed all human emotion and art/dancing/music.

You explained the "lore" of Ateez in the absolute BEST way I ahve ever heard. I feel like I understand this 1000% more now!!! Thank you so much! I'm excited to continue on to see what else they will be bringing in the future!

Finally getting a chance to sit down and watch this: HalaHala - San and Jongho are the members dropped down to their knees Wave - was filmed in Saipan Be My Lover w/ KJK - it was one of KJK's friends, and yes he is an actor, Oh Min Suk While BlockB is technically under a KQ subsidiary they haven't really released anything since joining as they started the military enlistment and never really came back from it The Hourglass in Ateez lore is the Chromer it is how they traverse universes In Fireworks it was The Real teased not Bouncy Xikers... Sounds like sikers... Is NOT attached into Ateez's universe they have thier own going on You did miss a MV, Limitless it is one of their Japanese tracks I don't know if you caught it, but they shot the masked man, the Android Guardian, in Bouncy. If you have the chance you should check out Xikers they had an advantage of having BBT from the beginning and the Ateez members themselves did a lot of mentoring, also they got to get to gain experience before debuting by opening for Ateez in their concerts. Ateez's music is planned WAY out in advanced. It is amazing the evolution of their mvs as they gained more budget, going from using free sets to the insanity that is Crazy Form. I also find it funny how San literally went from being the smallest member to one on the taller end from super skinny to built, lol.

I can't wait to hear all of your thoughts! The biggest burning question is the child in the white uniform~

Watching through this now but wooyoung is purple hair in debut era! My favorite bit of trivia is there is a random older white man (tourist) randomly on the treasure mv because they were only able to afford free filming locations when they went to Morocco. And I can’t believe I didn’t point out already that Block B and ATEEZ are kinda label mates they are under the same parent company and they take care of/took care of ATEEZ like Hoobaes including showing up with them in ATEEZ predebut content and promo stuff in the early days and ATEEZ has done several block b covers

sioxey

Have you analyzed Wooyoung's studio choom (i think?) performance video btw? Maybe I missed it, but it could be one more Ateez item on the list haha. After San's perfomance video, I was curious what your take on Wooyoung's might've been.

Precisely for the reasons you stated. I may even throw in a block b MV shoot for my Gen 2 heart to round it all out haha!

Adriana

omg i will be so happy if you check out ateez’s little bothers xikers! they’re literally insane rookies🔥wooyoung and yunho taught one of xikers main dancers, Yechan, how to dance! fun fact: hongjoong is one of the main composers for all of xikers discography which is so cool
