A familiar face has been in LA, but not for reasons you might thing.

Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp has learned that Wardlow has been in Los Angeles of late, which is the site of AEW Revolution, that airs tonight from the former Staples Center. Wardlow has been off AEW TV for nearly a year, last wrestling at AEW Dynamite Big Business on March 13. We've since been told that he was backstage.

We're told that Wardlow has been in LA as he's been working on another project.

Over the last year there have been a lot of narratives about Wardlow not being used, but every time we’ve asked, we’re told he’s been recovering from an injury. We have not heard that he will be appearing on tonight’s broadcast, or any details about a timetable for his return.
