Osuman Massaquoi

Do you know what happened to Shotzi? Just remember you guys said she was originally supposed to be in the Rumble then she disappeared

UntoldUnknown

I'm just curious your thoughts on it, he has a lot more matches behind him than he does in front of him, do you think Sheamus finally gets that IC title and achieves the grand slam before he retires? They've had him in the picture a few times the last few years but he never seems to capture it. I wonder if they'll wait for a bigger show to do it or if it'll be somewhat random

Jason saurbaugh

A few weeks or so ago it was mentioned that Roxanne's feud was to continue on Raw with Bayley. Has that changed?

WrestleVotes were saying Mohegan Sun in Connecticut.

Back in 2020, Kenny Omega faced Alan Angels in a very competitive match. There was quite a bit of bru-haha and outrage on how competitive the match was. What were your feelings about Kenny having a competitive match vs a lesser known competitor? Did you feel that reaction was justified?

Throwback

Hey bud, so what are the chances of AJ Styles going to TNA? who do you want to see face him? Also do you see the possibility of seeing Oba Femi holding a championship from TNA? That match with moose was amazing

Ryan Largent

Why does it feel like so many performers (especially women) in WWE are currently "waiting on creative"? I've noticed this in reports regarding Becky Lynch and now Alexa Bliss.

Paul Anthony Moss

My son and I have always enjoyed Orange Cassidy's character. One of the headscratchers for us sometimes though is understanding why his entrance music changes from time to time from "Where is my mind" to "Jane" and vice versa. Does OC make the call on which song will be used based on what how he's feeling at the time, or does TK/creative decide which song to go with for a show/PPV? Thanks.

Shawn Garner

Could Gail Kim come back 2 wwe

Rj

Does tony care that thunder Rosa being on busted open radio is sort of a conflict of interests?..bully Ray (WWE) thunder Rosa (aew)..I know it's a wrestling based radio show & they cover all 3 big promotions but when they discuss WWE she openly talks about her support for some of the women on that brand but then when they discuss AEW,bully Ray openly shits all over the product, it was even worse when Mark Henry was still under AEW contract and both he and thunder Rosa would sit there while bully & Tommy dreamer would go off on aew, sometimes mark henry would even join them.. I've never understood what aew gains from letting thunder Rosa be apart of this show

Johan Acosta

Apologies that this is a long one but why do you think "a number of staff, wrestlers and higher ups" as you stated in the report, let out that Mariah May is in a contract year? I can understand if May's camp let the news out as that would be leverage (the report mentioned they didn't confirm it yet to you) but what does the AEW side get out of it besides letting WWE know a huge star is almost available. As I a Select member, thank you for the news LOL but just wondering how you look at it.

Ray

Hey SRS, regarding stories like the recent Mariah May contract situation - do you find that these leaks often serve strategic purposes? In your experience, are wrestlers or their representatives sometimes deliberately floating information to signal availability to other promotions or to gain leverage in contract negotiations? And if so, do you ever reflect on your role as potentially becoming an unintentional conduit for these negotiation tactics?

bdo630

How do you feel about the Cody-Cena build? It feels kinda underwhelming and have they transitioned from The Rock being involved?

ShotgunnSean

Does anyone else find Toni Storm's sexual innuendos too hard to take? She just keeps coming and coming and coming at you with them, thrusting them upon you to the point you can't take it anymore and are ready to explode! She just won't stop coming.

Rei

any updates on Ilja Dragunov? :)

Ty Dunker

Are there still plans for "Part 2" of the Cody Rhodes doc? I thought I remembered that being mentioned at some point

Adam I

Does AEW get a discount when they book the same venue for Wednesday and Thursday?

Scott George

Thoughts on why Fenix and Penta were put on separate brands? Were they always planned for singles runs?

Robert Mccarthy

Do you no Evolution2 is happening in the summer this year and if so do wwe have a venue in mind

Crazy101_

Whats up with Anna Jay/Jack Perry/Hikaru Shida/etc… cause its been a bit since any of them last wrestled?

Brian Brannan

Assuming Cena wins at Mania, do you think he keeps the title until his year run is up and then drops it back to a still face Cody?

David C

Any updates on Dalton Castle?

Sean T. Collins

Just in the past couple weeks I've heard a lot of talk about WWE struggling creatively while AEW is on the rebound. What do you think accounts for the change?

Matthew

Hi Sean, interested to know how you’d book this MJF Hurt syndicate fued? Interested to see how it goes but not sure how I would further it. Thanks

luk3ycharm

How likely do you think Liv vs Lyra is for Mania? The tag division itself is so dead, I think that should be a go-home show defense.

Michael Bunge

What, if anything, do you see happening with the women's mid card titles at Mania?

angelem921

Jordynne Grace posted a video of Giulia backstage at a recent NXT episode despite many people saying she’s injured and will be away for a while. Is she just taking some time to get back to 100%, or is she nursing a more serious injury?

Connor Augenstein

Do you imagine Penta and Rey Fenix are singles wrestlers till the draft where they’re drafted to the same show?

Marc Board

Heard of any current injury or Visa issues with Shida or Riho?

Rj
>>169295528

I think she's closer to being forced to medically retire unfortunately. it seems like an announcement from her is imminent

Ken Dickson

How does AEW’s creative process work?I really the stories have gotten better in the last 4 months. I don’t even mind the death riders that much.

Jon

Last week you talked about what could’ve been Cody’s plans for Wrestlemania 40 had Rock Vs. Roman pushed through. According to David Shoemaker on the Masked Man Podcast we said he heard they were going to do an injury angle with Cody that would’ve taken him out of Wrestlemania 40 😬.

Viper017

Who in WWE decides the pricing for tickets and VIP packages and such? Or is that more of a TKO thing?

Michael Ugwueke

Seeing how the european tour went doing very well, Will WWE start considering doing PLEs (mania, summerslam, etc) or big events at big internaitonal stadiums like Wembley Stadium, Estadio Azeteca, Camp nou, Maracanã Stadium, etc within the next few years. the crowds outside the us are amazing so do you expect wwe to start making plans to do these soon?

Kim Reynolds

Have you heard anything about Orange Cassidy getting legit injured in that 4 way? He seemed to be having trouble with his arm. He wasn’t on Dynamite this week and it doesn’t look like they’re setting up anything for him at Dynasty in his hometown, so I’m curious. Thanks!

Craig Britton

Do you think the WWE will have more European TV dates given how hot the crowds have been this tour?

meatknight8

So if Jacy Jayne were to be called up, you think she might be called up alone or with Fatal Influence???

Nick O’Shea

Hi Sean - Cena/Cody match. Do you see a “all the bullshit” match like last year and a million run-ins, or a basic 1 on 1? Rock is probably involved so he needs a counter once he starts whuppin Cody with the weight belt again.

Jorge Cruz

Hi Sean, I noticed that AEW Dynamite hadn’t used an opening montage/song since their first simulcast on Max, until this week, where they appear to have brought back one of the old Dynamite themes. Is it safe to assume this was because of the social media backlash they got for using “I’m So Excited” (which is actually a great song, though maybe not ideal for wrestling)? Any word on if they plan to use a new opening song in the future?

Thomas Rathert

Regarding the TNA firings this past week, do you know the specific reason for them? Were they due to budget cuts, or was it because new president Carlos Silva wanted to bring his guys in, or a little bit of both? Also, did WWE have any involvement in the firings?

Alex Mahoney

Any update on how Keith Lee is doing? Noticed he was a little more active on social media the last couple days. Hope the big guys doing well!

Mark D
>>169304158

Was wondering the same thing. His latest tweet was kind of cryptic.

Dylan Rennoir

With how well the TV’s have been doing during this European tour (Belgium, Italy,..) do you think there’s a chance one of these gets a PLE in the near future ? Not talking about London or Glasgow because they already have lots of shows over there in the uk

Terry Hanratta

Do you think AEW is only thinking consolidating The International and Continental titles or do you think there may be more?

Jim In Buffalo

Is there fire where there’s smoke when it comes to Steve Austin and WWE? Hall of Fame appearance, WWE World Fanatics appearance, an episode of Stephanie’s Places… do you think there’s a chance he makes a Mania appearance?

Dr Chris Featherstoned

Does Saraya show up at the Evolution PPV gives her the chance to explore her other projects

FSK

Hey Sean I’ve been watching lucha underground and noticed that most of the roster went on to get signed by major companies but whatever happened to sexy Star?

Rj
>>169310969

She wrestled in AAA and then got fired and banned (I think) for trying to legit hurt another female wrestler, the current sexy star Is a different female under the mask

Jeff m

Who will we see first on AEW TV: kamille, wardlow or Britt baker?

Jawys

How are the backstage reactions in AEW to the Ryan Nemeth law suit? Are they paying attention to it or is it just something Tony Khan has to deal with and no one else cares that much?

Phil Montague

Any word on Shotzi? She’s completely disappeared even from NXT

J.halt

Do you think Gail goes to wwe or aew. I can see either or!

HouseSox

Hey, man. This isn’t a question. I simply noticed the weird monthly switch from $6 to $5.99 and thought now would be a good time to reiterate how much I enjoy your work. Not even factoring in the ridiculously cheap fee you charge us, your content is truly top notch. Thank you!

Chris Podymaitis

Ibou mentioned on Twitter that most good bookers max out around 3 years. After seeing this Mania build, I’m starting to see that. Curious on your thoughts.

chemicalcvlt

have you heard anything about MAO from DDT joining AEW?

Tamba

Is Anthony Bowens injured at the moment?

Robbie Wray

Hi Sean, with all the visa situations lately, is this more a situation of a lot more international talent than ever, or govt/political challenges in the US these days? Thanks for all you do for us fans!

Kim Gray

Did Punk know he was getting the main event? That reaction looked really genuine.

Mike

Does anybody know what’s going on with Britt Baker? This can’t still be about her break up with Adam Cole. Obviously there’s something going on with her

BBQdad105

Any Anthony Bowens updates?

Kobe

will Kalyx be the gateway for Jessika Carr to get out of referring and back into competing? Or is this just her being a veteran in Evolve?

Brandon Foster

Is there a reason there haven’t been my raw or smackdown scoops thread recently?

matthew hamm

Will wwe do tryouts in japan this year like around summer since they did their tour there last year.

Jason Scheller

Whose idea was the Drew/windshield spot? Was it a rental car? Did CM Punk choke anyone out over it?

Stalla

Is Marigold still in business, haven’t heard anything about them since they started.

Eric McMahon

Hey SRS, any update on Summerslam ticket on sale date? Do you think the slower than recent years mania ticket sales will impact pricing for the first 2-night Summerslam?

Mike G

Are WWE promos less scripted under HHH, or does it depend on the talent?

Derek Taylor

Did CM Punk find out on air he was main eventing Wrestlemania.

Manuel Gutierrez

Where do you see Liv Morgan for Mania on the card or left off the card after the year she has had?

eddie sloan

What’s up SRS. Hope everything cool. Any updates on Asuka??

We can't manufacture info. If we get it, we post it, if we don't, we don't. You should absolutely not subscribe to Fightful Select on the expectation we will always have those. They may just completely stop one day.

Frank Dinardo

Do you know if the WWE higher ups are aware that many fans are upset about the high ticket prices? And do you think they care?
