Did anyone in wwe think Tyra Mae Steele was actually let go from her tweet? Seem people understand it with how it all went down.
There was one veteran who reached out extremely confused as to why Tyra would post that. They felt like it just opened WWE up to criticism and wasn't the best idea. WWE cleared it up in an official capacity very quickly. I'm surprised the post even stayed up, but people will forget about it within a week anyway, so no real harm done.
How can road dogg instantly go to events like wrestlecon when he quit but others have to wait 90 days. Is it because he was an employee not a talent?
Yes, he was an employee. Employee deals can have cooling off periods associated with them if the employee agrees, but Road Dogg's didn't have that. He was immediately taking bookings and appearances. It all depends on the particular details of the departure, what you agree to and what kind of deal you have.
Hey SRS! I’ve always wondered, what are the basic kayfabe holds-barred of a wrestling match? The referees seem to tolerate most suplexes and holds, but a low blow causes a disqualification. What are the rules? Thanks!
Ultimately, the original meaning of no holds barred was that any move was allowed. Weapons weren't allowed, but any move or physical action was. These days, street fight, no DQ, hardcore, no holds barred all seem interchangeable and they shouldn't be! Low blows, some chokes (double handed around the throat), holds in the ropes, closed fist punches, eye gouging, biting, fish hooking are all considered banned moves by the rules of pro wrestling.
