TNA blocking talent

Don Callis

Brian Gewirtz’s twitter was hacked recently. He regained access to it.

Scott Stanford’s twitter was also hacked recently.

We’ve been asked by readers if the Bryce Hall comments are a work, if so, nobody in WWE has been clued in on it.

While Airica Demia , Valentina Rossi, Notorious Mimi and Fallyn Gray got new WWE ID names, we're told they can use their old names on the indies.

We have no confirmation that WWE instructed TNA to pull talent from the indies who are facing AEW talent. Carlos Silva did directly tell us it was due to "partner conflicts."

The extra that appeared in Andrade's match Wednesday was artist Mel Coleman. She's done a number of the Don Callis Family paintings.

The WWE ID signings revealed this week were made well over a month ago.

It was indicated to Fightful that there are additional indie matches that TNA blocked, but haven't heard what they are.

We are told that Eddie Kingston's wXw Drive Of Champions appearance on June 6th is a long time coming, as the promotion have been in contact with Kingston since October 2021, remaining in contact in the years since.

While we've been asked if Mercedes Mone had plans or discussions with European promotions she didn't work, we are told by wXw sources that no overtures were made to bring in Mone to the German promotion.

Fightful will be at CIRCAMANIA all week -- Naomi Rosenblum's art show Wednesday, Chris Van Vliet's show Thursday, Denise Salcedo's show Friday, and the CircaMania watch parties Saturday and Sunday!

Fightful Select has an AEW Dynasty preview, prediction and betting odds show up now, and WrestleMania's will be up Sunday or Monday.

WrestleVotes will also have bonus shows next week!

Don Callis

Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp spoke to Don Callis for an interview ahead of AEW Dynasty this weeekend on HBO Max PPV.

Callis told Sean Ross Sapp that he's very proud the Don Callis Family is as big as they are. He says that not everyone can be a main eventer, but everyone in the group is good enough to be a main eventer. He compare the depth to that of a hockey team and said that the fourth line has very important roles. He says Tony Khan would never say there is "too much talent" on the Jaguars, and he feels the same way with his stable. Callis says his injured reserve list is better than most factions.

He's most excited to see Okada and Takeshita beating up Young Bucks this weekend. He says everything the Don Callis Family does now is to honor Kyle Fletcher. He believes that much like Kurrgan, Kyle Fletcher can transition into movies very well, as can Okada.

He implied he leaked Kenny Omega's medical information to MJF. He also asked if Brian Cage is writing his book in crayon, and hopes that if so, he doesn't eat the crayon.

Callis was a big fan of "Dallas," which reruns aired on TNN during the ECW era. He pitched a marathon of "Dallas with Callis," and TNN rejected it since he was on the ECW show burying them every week. He spoke about the heat he got in that angle and said he was fortunate Rhino was around him quite often. He also said he felt like his chemistry with Joey Styles was immediate.

DEBUNKATHON

Sportskeeda uses these "OH BOY" openings for clickbait trash for their referral program.

No, AJ Styles is not going to AEW. He's firmly with WWE.

Jonathan Coachman claims he was "baiting us into giving his show attention" after claiming that there are no real wrestling reporters. We can confirm that Britt Baker is not headed to WWE, Saudis are not buying WWE, and Samantha Irvin did not leave WWE due to a pregnancy, all things he reported on his show.

No, Vince McMahon is not and will not be "instrumental" in this year's creative for Wrestlemania. TKO may very well be, but Vince McMahon is not.

Another Sportskeeda referral page. Triple H did not "go rogue" on anything.
