DEBUNKATHON: WrestleMania extras, Ric Flair, Ethan Page, Talent Cut Rumors? (Patreon)

Welcome to the Fightful Friday tradition -- THE DEBUNKATHON

In addition to debunking some weird facebook rumors, we have details on the following

WrestleMania extras

Wrestler commercials

CM Punk fan incident

Ethan Page

Ric Flair

Why some people are off Smackdown, talent cut rumors

EVIL-WWE

Seth Rollins Good Morning Football

GCW Cluster

Berwyn Eagles

Regarding the indie wrestlers we reported were backstage, none are signed. Emily Jaye, J-Rod, Blair Onyx, Brittnie Brooks, and Nixi XS were among those we reported.

PWInsider reported that EVIL signed with WWE. We're told that he signed quite a while back, and plans have been in motion for him to joint he company for a while.

Cassie Lee filmed her new sponsored spot for PDS Debt at the Palms during Slam Fest last week. Mojo Rawley of Paragon Talent Group landed the deal.

There is huge speculation about talent cuts today in WWE, to the point talent are worried. We have not heard anything regarding that, and almost never do until they happen. We have been told a number of talent aren't being brought in to Smackdown on Friday, but that includes Jade Cargill, who requested this day off quite a while back, we're told.

We've learned of some additional extras at WrestleMania. They included Ariel Dominguez, Josiah Jean, Don Furio, Lucas Riley and Austin Mulitalo.

CM Punk faced no disciplinary action for the fan incident during WrestleMania week.

Ethan Page has long been considered for a WWE call-up. Chelsea Green had pushed for it quite a bit last year.

Ric Flair is believed to still be under AEW contract still. WWE sources did not seem to remember whatever issue he had with Ludwig Kaiser.

Nobody that we talked to within WWE thought the Seth Rollins Good Morning Football spot was a shoot, but they did think it was a way to "write him off" since he's back on WWE TV full time.

During the Adrian Hernandez interview with Jordynne Grace, she mentions getting in trouble for her NXT match with Giulia. That's putting it lightly. We're told they got scolded for the physicality by NXT higher ups after the match.

Speedball Mike Bailey agented the GCW Clusterfuck.

As Brett Lauderdale noted on the Scott D'Amore production note, he's produced all GCW shows for years. Good job, Brett.

We're told by numerous sources that the city of Chicago never pulled any licensing for the Berwyn Eagles. The owner is trying to sell the building and doesn't want to run wrestling there.

Fightful has a new interview with BJ Ray up. It can be found at this link.

We've had some people asking how to join the Fightful Discord. Here's a tutorial.

Debunkathon

Despite what BRA TIT says, Brock Lesnar is not getting sued by WWE

Wrestling News Now sucks. Vince McMahon was not at WrestleMania.

A lot of these weird fake AI things are prevalent. No, Stone Cold was not at Mania in his gear, and Rock wasn't there in his turtleneck.

Kanye and Drake were.....not at WrestleMania.

Nobody reported CM Punk and Rhea Ripley were taking off time after WrestleMania

The Rock was never planned for WrestleMania.

He wasn't planned for Smackdown, either.

Pat McAfee was not "suspended."

Oba Femi isn't leaving WWE

........Michael Cole did not die. Start reporting these terrible pages.

There is......no WWE Scooby Doo movie coming out. Maybe we are too far gone.
