What’s the likelihood we get an Enzo and Cass reunion in WWE?

I would say pretty good as things stand. Enzo was at the WWE Performance Center recently, and Self Made PW reported that contact was made with him quite a while back. Big Bill hasn't been on AEW or ROH TV at all in well over a month. There's been no update at all on him and his contract status, so I'm gonna say there's a great chance now.

Has Mick Foley signed an AEW Deal?

Yes, Mick Foley is signed to the company officially. They expect him for all the PPV shows and some televisions for the foreseeable future, so there is a working agreement in place for the two sides.

Was there supposed to be more to the Comeback killer or was it just an avenue to get Willow opponents. I was expecting a big return like Britt Baker or someone to be the endgame that defeats her for the title

There were some other names mentioned, but I don't think it was supposed to be something super long term. It was done intentionally with the returns in mind, because none of those returns were immediately planned for major, title storylines. I think it worked out very well while they had it, and when Willow comes back, maybe someone can do the same to her.
