AEW and WBD are still in the middle of their deal, but it naturally has questions with where WBD is going.

There have been a number of claims going around that Paramount was an unfavorable landing point for AEW if the merger of WBD and Paramount Skydance goes through as expected. If that’s the case, it didn’t seem to affect Tony Khan.

A number of sources in AEW have claimed that Tony Khan was excited about the possibility of AEW continuing their relationship with WBD, and one said that Khan indicated that it was a favorable option for AEW.

Paramount has worked with ECW in the 1990s, WWE in the 2000s, and TNA through the 2000s and 2010s in the past.

For all of the discussion regarding Paramount airing TKO-owned UFC, a Paramount source indicated there was no exclusivity that would prevent AEW from being brought aboard. That same Paramount source – not an official spokesperson – was quick to indicate that UFC worked for Paramount, not the other way around.

Thank you for posting because there's so much bad faith anti AEW talk about their TV deal

Companies that own a bunch of television networks and add a bunch more networks need television programming to fill those networks? Shocking.

I always laugh at WWE fans who think that David Ellison, the alpha dog of Hollywood, cares one wit about what anyone at tiny TKO thinks.

Why people want another wrestling company to go out of business is puzzling to me, if you don’t like show don’t watch it. If they went out of biz hundreds of people would be out of work and no wwe would not hire them all, as they on a budget lol
