More on CM Punk's absence and return (Patreon)

In a follow up to all of the chatter surrounding Punk this week, WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select checked in with several sources from WWE, all who expect Punk to be back on WWE TV as soon as July. Punk is scheduled to play a significant role at August’s two-day SummerSlam event. Once source stated that signs point to Punk returning on or by Monday, July 6, when Raw emanates from the Allstate Arena in Chicago. While that date was not confirmed outright, the expectation is that Punk’s return to television is not far away.In regard to the online speculation surrounding Punk and TKO, none of the sources we spoke to indicated that any concern regarding the situation had spread in the locker room and that there was no discussion of any issues between both parties. If there are any concerns, things are being kept exceptionally quiet.
