TNA interest in former WWE star (Patreon)

WrestleVotes on Fightful Select has heard chatter about TNA Wrestling having interest in former WWE Intercontinental and United States Champion Apollo Crews. Crews departed WWE in April 2026 after 11 years with the company. While it is unclear where things stand following the recent changes in TNA with the departures of Tommy Dreamer, Sami Callihan, and others, sources indicated that Crews had been discussed internally as a potential roster addition for later this year when he becomes available. At TNA's Slammiversary pay-per-view on June 28th, Mustafa Ali is scheduled to defend the TNA International Championship against a mystery opponent. Crews' exact non-compete status is unknown, but as of this writing, it has not surpassed the 90-day mark if that is his situation.
