Hey guys! Sean here, get in those questions!!

Comments

Auntie Mellie

Hey Sean. It seems everyone agreed that MJF/Omega was supposed to be the main event of Redemption... Have you heard anything as to why it was bumped up to Dynamite?

Phillip McConnell

How would you book the AEW World Tag Team Championship the rest of 2026, especially if MCMG and New Day join AEW?

Jerrod Hazelwood

Where do you see Sheamus being more over internationally? Japan or Mexico?

Shan

I know it’s way too early, but what do you think, do you see Liv retaining against IYO at SS?

Shawn Garner

Since Jack Perry resigned with AEW does that mean Anna Jay will as well

Manic_pixel_

How do we make Sheamus vs Ishii happen?

Timmy L

Do you think fandom tribalism is worse than, not as bad as, or just different from how it was in the Monday Night Wars days?

Timmy L

Since AEW generally doesn't like to release people before their contract is up like WWE regularly does, how can they deal with roster bloat while still signing new people to keep things fresh?

RP

Do you think we could see Omega v Mox for the Continental Title at Redemption with Omega beating Mox, then a "unification" match at All In with Omega v Ospreay? It could set up future C2 winners getting a title shot instead of the Continental Title.

Thad Perkins

Is there a possibility of base contract structure being changed with TKO attempting to restructure existing contracts for current talent? Do you think the current roster is worried everyone is going to be lowballed except for the main event talent?

Paul Moss

When his 90-day no compete is up, is Santos Escobar expected to be healthy, and where do you see him ending up? Thanks.

robert davis

Besides mjf has there been another heel world champ that turned Babyface while holding the belt

Jake Schwall

Any Anna Jay contract update with Jack re-signing?

Josh Roehrig

Any idea what Tony’s goals are for ROH? I feel like the talent put on a great show but I can’t envision a network picking up a show that looks and sounds like there’s 20 people in the audience. Is he just happy with it being on Watch ROH? It’s a shame more people can’t see the talent regularly.

Matt Payne

When Stephanie comes back where do you see her fitting in the women's division?

CookieDoh58

Any word on HOOK doing additional GCW dates?

Kay Friskie

What do you think the Main Event of Redemption will be? Do you think a MJF vs Kenny rematch is better than an Elite vs Death Riders all star rematch?

Timmy L

Have the TKO suits learned any lessons from the Pat McAfee disaster about "celebrity involvement?" I think they should look to Lil Yachty on their own show as an example of how to do that better without pissing fans off

kdk176

Any thoughts or guesses as to who wins the G1 this year?

Joseph Murphy

Can you please explain why the plans for McIntyre going into wrestlemaina as champion was changed do they not see him on that level I was very deflated as a birt and big McIntyre mark that plans changed as the triple threat between fatu Drew and Cody or the HITC between Cody and Drew would have been amazing and way better than that awful pat macfee angle

Tim Wininger

Hey SRS, I was browsing on x and saw a comment someone said that seems like a good idea. They said that Sami Zayn should “leave” wwe and come back as El Generico at AAA for a bit. I feel that Sami’s character needs some kind of makeover. Could you see this working?

Danny Valentin

In the spirit of fightful's 10 year anniversary I wanted to ask, what was your absolute favorite story to break?

maddiemania

Hey Sean, with Maxxine joining the vision, are they moving her back to being a valet? She was really starting to do well, she won the IC Title, and then suddenly nothing. I’m concerned about her being used properly in ring now with this alignment

Jeff

SRS, congrats on 10 years and the Fightful anniversary! It’s so worth the monthly subscription as a fan and Fightful is doing a phenomenal job. Thekla is absolutely amazing in the ring and on commentary. She reminds me of Becky Lynch. If she were in WWE, do you think she could reach Becky Lynch status? She has potential to be a top of the industry, stream superstar. Thoughts ?

matthew hamm

Will wwe allow talent to go on excursions to japan

Nick O’Shea

Hey SRS - it seems like wrestlers jump companies in waves at times. Is that random or do companies hire wrestlers at the same time and also give those new hires the same contract lengths? Thanks

Manuel Gutierrez

Do you know when Austin Texas will host a PLE/PPV for WWE or AEW anytime soon?

Greg Cherry

Happy Tye Dillinger anniversary Fightful! My question is with Survivor Series and the Royal Rumble still not having locations set, is this becoming more of an issue for WWE? They normally have these big events locked and loaded way before this.

Jerm2024

Any update on Rhea, will she be ready for Summerslam or could she potentially have to vacate her title?

Viper017

What happened to WWE looking into lower ticket prices for the summer?

Omar Alvarado

What are the chances tna decides to bring in the deadlock pro wrestling owners in to help with creative? Given how deadlock pro was ran, they certainly know what they’re doing and I think them being added to tna creative will be the fresh coat of paint they need

Jawys

What program or match do you see for Hangman when he (probably) returns for All In? Edit: Wrote that before Hangman was announced for Collision, guess It'll be clear then.^^

Andrew

Any updates on any of the recent WWE releases or indie talents heading to TNA?

Lucas

Hi Sean, have you heard about any WWE tryout in Aisa like Japan, China and Singapore?

Mark D

What was the reaction backstage of cm punk winning the title?

Alicia W.

Any news on Becky's absence? Just vacation, lack of creative, or waiting on her new story to begin? Thanks!

Ken Dickson

Why Did AEW do the Omega vs MJF match on free tv instead of the Redemption PPV?

Jacob Gerry

In 1996 Ahmed Johnson was IC Champion, and won a battle royal for a WWF title shot the night after SummerSlam. The match didn't happen due to Ahmed's kidney issues, and the battle royal was redone with Goldust winning. Do you know what the original plan for Ahmed's title shot was? I've always been curious, especially since Ahmed was aligned with HBK at the time.

Christian munoz

How do contracts in AAA work? Are they signed to wwe or aaa?

Tucker

Bro where is Max Caster? I miss the best wrestler alive and it's been forever.

B

Hey SRS. Are there some stories that you could not report on due to not being able to get a 2nd/3rd source to verify the information, that subsequently came out out. Can you give a few examples.

Jonathan Smith

Do you think Willows injury was a work in order to get the tbs title off of her without losing?

Mike G

Hey Sean my bday is Friday the 17th. So what I’m curious about is since matches aren’t called in the ring, how do wrestlers memorize a whole match? Do opponents help each other remember what to do? Are refs doing the same? Do they rehearse matches for tv?

Reid Greenspan

Since you have been covering wrestling, have you found out after the fact on how storylines were supposed to end that we never got answers to? If so, what are some of them?. Especially if from WCW.

Crazy101_

Do u think Okada stays with AEW?

Bevan Shortridge

Seeing Komander is back in AEW, is there any word on when The Beast Mortos might resolve his visa issue?

Robbie Wray

Any chance Hangman consolidates title belts?

Phillip McConnell

Sorry for asking a second question but just saw Nick LoPiccolo on Twitter basically say that the reason WWE is running Chicago in September has something to do with the Paramount/WBD deal and that by the All Out AEW will have lost their streaming deal or they will be gone immediately after. Do you have any thoughts/comments on what he is saying?
