Absent WWE name in Minnesota (Patreon)

A familiar face is in Minnesota ahead of WWE Summerslam.

Fightful Select's Sean Ross Sapp has learned that former world champion Kevin Owens is in Minneapolis ahead of this weekend’s WWE Summerslam.

Kevin Owens has been sidelined for well over a year with a major neck injury.

Owens has photo ops scheduled, but we are told he made efforts to appear on screen for WWE earlier this year. In a further update, we've learned he was training at the WWE PC this week.

We haven't learned if he is making his return, but he is in town.
