AJ Lee note (Patreon)

One wrestler has retired, but another….not so much.

AJ Lee hasn’t appeared in WWE since WrestleMania, but sources that Fightful Select speak to believe she hasn’t had her last match.

AJ was naturally speculated to participate in a storyline with longtime rival and friend Paige against the Bella Twins. The Bellas attacked Paige at Summerslam, but Brie Bella sustained an injury, keeping her out of action. However, those in creative we spoke to said that they had not heard AJ Lee was actually planned for that angle and the talent involved hadn’t been told what the plan was as of Brie Bella’s injury.

Paige and Nikki Bella are continuing their angle.
