Where is Samoa Joe?

He had to film the newest season of Twisted Metal. That has been a big hit for Peacock, so it's something to expect to continue, even though these days it feels like good shows get about 3-4 seasons before they get canceled

Does WWE typically sign talent to a new WWE contract when they are called up from NXT with a new end date or do they just increase talent pay to main roster levels but keep the same contract duration?

It depends. The WWE main roster minimum in recent years has been 350k a year. I believe talent like Jordynne Grace, Joe Hendry, Ricky Starks and some others were brought in to NXT at that or above that, so when they're called up, they're just kept on those deals. Other talent on NXT are called up and offered new deals for more money that replace their old NXT contracts.

Yo! Any chance we get Sheamus in the gauntlet at All In? Even as a one off? Mantaur for Lyfe

Not unless his WWE contract was bought out, which is almost never an option. He's still under contract there through September. So he's contractually ineligible to appear for the AEW Europe shows.
