Update on Kairi's future. (Patreon)

Kairi is not All Elite…yet

Kairi is one of the top free agents in the wrestling world, but it surprised many fans when she wasn’t at AEW All In. Fightful Select has confirmed that as of this point, Kairi is not yet signed with the company. However, that isn’t for lack of effort.

We’re told that there have been talks between All Elite Wrestling and Kairi, a deal just hasn’t been completed. There are a number of companies currently interested in the Japanese star, including outside of the United States. When we spoke to sources familiar with the situation, we were told Marigold is not expected to end up as Kairi’s home in Japan.

Those that we spoke to implied that it didn't seem likely she would have been signed by All In at almost any point, and she wasn't factored into that show along the way at any point.
