Discussion on Worlds Collide broadcast plans...or lack thereof? (Patreon)

Worlds Collide is over a week away, but there are no clear broadcast plans, and it appears to be by design.

Sources within WWE that Fightful Select spoke to claimed that there is a good possibility that the Worlds Collide show isn't broadcast live at all, though that could change between now and then. The show was promoted in Chicago to counterprogram AEW All In in the same city.

It is important to note the element that it could change, but sources in WWE did say that as of Tuesday Worlds Collide was effectively expected internally to be a "live event." One of those sources that we also spoke to said that they believe if it ends up being broadcast or aired, it would likely be on Youtube or Club WWE.

WWE has added huge names to the show, with Rey Mysterio and CM Punk being advertised on the Allstate Arena show. It has drawn very well for the company thus far.

We reached out to WWE, who didn't comment on the matter.

Do you have any idea how accurate that match card the arena posted is? Cause -Rox vs La Catalina isnt even on there and that was already announced to be happening at Worlds Collide - as of monday, Rey isnt "Medically Cleared" then proceeded to get attacked by Dom as well, So wouldnt make much sense for him to be in a match a week later lol

Please say you’re joking 🫩 Not only is that completely asinine, so is that trios tag “main event,” that Allstate Arena has advertised. Dominik vs Punk is the match the majority of people want to see. I personally would love for AJ to come back, and we finally get Liv and Dom vs AJ and Punk, but that’s prolly just the delusion talking

Whatever the fed are doing ... it failed. Chicago came out for AEW. All Out sold out and will be another amazing ppv ... leave them to get on with whatever

The reality is they announced Club WWE but then haven't really offered anything other than a dedicated entrance to SummerSlam basically. They need to make it worth it if they want people to sign up.

I would say it’s still attempting to counter due to it being in the same city on the same day even if it’s not televised
