Eric Young is under WWE contract.

Many readers asked about the status of the former IMPACT World Champion on our Q&A this week, and we can confirm that he’s with WWE and has been for quite some time.

Young was recruited back in an wrestling capacity in 2022 by Triple H’s new regime just a few months after taking over. We’re told that by October, IMPACT Wrestling was made aware that Eric Young would be finishing up with the company.

Young has been under WWE contract since as far back as November 1, but hasn’t appeared at all on screen, and we have yet to hear of him being backstage at all. He continued to appear on IMPACT Wrestling until December 1 where he was kayfabe murdered by Deaner.

Had to imagine he would have played a part in a Sanity reunion with Nikki Cross, but that hasn’t come to fruition yet.

Glockaveli

he was heard in the last FFH episode as the announcer for the game show segment

I wanna guess that he's been off TV to grow his hair back, and that includes his eyebrows and possibly his beard.

It did seem like they were teasing a potential feud with Candice & Nikki a little while back. I thought that would be catalyst for his return & that we might get Johnny & Candice vs Nikki & Eric

Brian Bayless

So it’s 50/50 he shows up tonight

Sorry if I ask but is there any updates on other talent like Cardona, Tonga, AOP returning and if possibly that The Mighty (Nick Miller and Shane Thorne) are coming back too

Now I'm curious as to how one would look 100% bald/shaved head, no eyebrows, but with a big full beard.

Whats going on with Gargano and Emma?
