I love the worldbuilding so far and I hope we get even more as we progress.

I have no idea how someone could have the take that Gurren Lagann of all shows is too _SLOW_. This show goes at like 8000MPH from start to finish with like 1 or 2 interruptions. Am I crazy? I like the "Kamina's Dad" plotpoint being introduced and wrapped up so suddenly and without proper closure. The start of Kamina's reason to go out and adventure, literally died at the nextdoor village long ago. Sadge for him, good for the character. Whatever motivations he has won't be as easy as "gotta find my dad".

Killekris

The scene where Kamina sees the skull is such a real depiction of a panic attack it is crazy good. It gives us a glimpse that Kamina isn't always brave or not scared but he just has the ability and courage to push past it for is brother.
