It hurts everytime.... no matter how many years has been or how many time I see it it still hurts

Voodoo Chile

Surprised but glad you weren't directly spoiled on this. I'd definitely put it pretty high in the most well-known anime character deaths. There's definitely a solid amount of foreshadowing before this ep that you caught onto, but considering the cast dynamics so far, its still a bold as fuck move that's hard to believe they'd commit to until the last ep or two. Later, buddy...

RomWasTaken

As Voodoo said this moment was basically THE spoiler for years and it was almost impossible to navigate online spaces without running into it. Extremely happy you didn't know it was comng.

Kamina telling Simon to "believe in yourself" instead of the previous "believe in the me that believes in you" to prevent Simon from being cursed by that same encouragement from here before going out is unparalleled levels of kino writing I haven't seen replicated yet

Bluestar

For me, TTGL doesn't really start until episode 7 and only gets better from here on out

> "Listen Simon. Don't forget. Believe in yourself. Not in the you who believes in me. Not in the me who believes in you. Believe in the you who believes in yourself." To this day I can't help but tear up when I hear that

Killekris

A small detail that is amazing that they changed is that when they combine kaminas symbol is black instead of yellow meaning no signals of life. He was using sheer willpower to finish the fight for his brother and his team. Even though his body was probably dead. Literally doing the impossible.
