That entire figurine conversation threw me for a loop, what a goofy guy.

Aisha knew who Rudy was the whole time. Why else would she chase after him from the post office. Even if she truly believed him to be an awful pervert, she knew her brother would still save her and Lilia, he is family. She exposed and teased him because he didn’t give his real name. And at the end she understood, to an extent, that she may have jumped to conclusions with the holy relic. It’s a memento. I don’t know what he did with it in the LN, but not once in the anime has he treated the relic like a sex object. He has always been respectful with them as if they were a true relic, no matter how ridiculous that seems.

Hmm. Not sure if it was "the whole time" -- at the post office, Aisha makes it clear that Lilia had taught her that being cute and polite could get men to help her;,similarly, we see *multiple* times when Eris says Rudy's name, or part of his name, in her hearing, so I suspect it is more likely that Aisha gradually figured it out from context. She obviously did know by the time Rudy gave his explanation. I think Rudy's feelings toward the Holy Relic evolves - he may well have considered them as a sex object when he stole them, but after Roxy left they became a memento, then he didn't have them for years, and after getting them back from Lilia they became, perhaps, something more - a pesonal symbol not just of a missing loved one and mentor, but also a symbol of hope (his ability to change that Roxy brought out when she took him from the house), and perhaps also, the hope of finding his missing family and friends.

Clues that Aisha knew: - Aisha had been standing there for a hot minute, any number of adults must've walked by and she didn't successfully ask for their help. Rudy is still clearly a child, well below 15, why would Aisha think she could use her "ask a man nicely" trick on another child? Could a random child she sees even afford to send her letter? - The second she saw Rudy, she scrunched the letter. If the letter was still important to send, you wouldn't take the chance of damaging it. If she wanted to send the letter, why chase him across the city when there are still adults near the post office to ask nicely? Also, you can't say Rudy doesn't look like his father, it's easy to see the relation, especially with how smart Aisha is. - "That reminds me! What's your real name, Mr. Knight?" is the first thing she asks when she's done talking about her Pervert brother. This should presume that she knows the name was fake. When he then gives her his nickname instead, she doesn't press the issue. The rest is just her playing along to see if he'll choose to reveal himself to her. When he doesn't, and she learns why he kept the relic, she apologizes and calls him brother to let him know she knew. No problem with the second half, my point was the anime specifically gave us no evidence he used the relic in that way. The studio did an incredible job giving the viewers all the information they need to figure things out without the need for a narrative monologue, unlike how some other shows rely on them. An example is in episodes 16 and 17 they gave you enough information for you to guess the situation of Vierra and Shierra, without having to explicitly tell you their backstory. If you pay close attention, this adaptation has tons of info that LN readers might even claim was cut from the show. Those people didn't focus on the details the studio made an effort to include throughout the story. This is what made watching the series multiple times worth it, it's easy to miss all the cool details they've put in.

The Roxy figure that appears in the anime actually exists. I have one at home! It's available as a product, so you should definitely check it out.神棚に飾ってるぜ

Some Kinda Abomination

For those who are curious, Zanoba’s English Dub VA is the same guy as Whis. From Dragon Ball Super. (And also Elinalise English VA is also Frireren.) I’ve watched in both because I have friends and family who don’t like sub.

Ilia has a inferiority complex and sees rudy in such a high possition after he saved her and aisha from being banished during the afair issue , in her eyes aisha would be desd if rudy didnt convince zenith to oet her stay so she sees aishas life being owed to rudy thats why she raised as a maid

Yes, as you see with Lilia and Aisha, you could have been teleported ANYWHERE. Bottom of a lake, inside a mountain wall, 2 miles in the air....lots and lots and lots of people died just from where they ended up.

Lilia and Aisha are UNDERUTILIZED the entire story, in my opinion. Wonderful, quirky characters.
