The beast girls are the older sisters of the ones we met in doldia. The cat girl is the sister of the other cat girl and the dog girl is the sister of the other dog girl.

Paul

Like what Greybeard said below Fitz is called Mugon no Fittsu(Silent Fitz), the other character is being called with the borrowed English word Silent. Similar to "Dead End", they used English words for some reason. They are different people, but the subtitles don't really differentiate because they both mean Silent. Fitz is referred to as he because the character is known by the public as a man, but Silent is referred to as she because the character is known to be a woman.

Paul

Early in Episode 8 Rudy had a monologue explaining what he learned about the Greyrat branch families. Paul's name was Paul Notos Greyrat and that the Notos Head was Paul's brother, who was even scummier than him. During the party Sauros said "It's war with the Notos. I'll murder Pilemon and put Rudeus in charge!" Seeing Pilemon mentioned as wanting Eris as his concubine in episode 22 felt worse if you remembered he was Paul's brother. Then you see him for the first time in episode 0 being friendly and colluding with Ariel, gave me mixed feelings. Earlier in the episode, Luke mentions Ariel will be meeting with Pilemon in the afternoon and Ariel asked why he's calling his father "Lord Pilemon". That is when we learn Luke would be Rudeus' 1st cousin. The information is all there, the anime is good at giving you a lot to work with. Small things mentioned here or there are still important later. It's tough to notice most of it on a first watch.
