My favorite anime of the season! I wish it were more popular!

Really cool directing. The way the director has something to separate characters when communication is not working, which he put many times in between characters this episode. At the end Gojo and Ibuki each sent a smoke in each other's direction. Gojo is making progress. During the bar scene, when Ibuki was crying, camera angles progressively isolate Kamiina from Ibuki, until it reached a shot where Kamiina is seen though a window and Ibuki is completely walled off in the shot. (Ibuki didn't want to talk about her past)
