There are indeed some danmachi games. If you are interested enough I recommend checking out the anniversary stories for the gacha DanMachi Memoria Freese (DanMemo). It is the only one I played and I remember the anniversary stories being really good, Anniversary 3 being my favorite (I think it's a canon story, might be wrong, but won't give any details in case you want to check it out) The game cannot be played anymore (EOS) but the stories are on Youtube in case you want to check it out.

Right there with ya on the usual sterilization of this kinds of stories. It is GUARANTEED that any city that has fantasy world adventuring and men earning a living thru violence and life-or-death struggles is gonna have LOTS of brothels and street workers. I think it’s biologically impossible to keep sex away from death. So, having DanMachi display the blatant sexwork that stems from independent contractors(so to speak) was a really cool touch.
